Delphi: Overview
Delphi 's On-Site Education Program (OSEP) offers employees many work-related graduate programs via distance education. For more information, please see the Delphi OSP Student Procedure Manual .
Delphi employees who are graduates of or current students in graduate engineering programs at Kettering, Michigan, Purdue, RPI, or University of Dayton may qualify for the "36 credit hour MBA" through Kelley Direct.
While Delphi employees can apply and matriculate any quarter, they are encouraged to do so in the Fall and Spring Quarters. Application deadlines are June 15 and January 15 respectively.
In addition, Delphi employees are encouraged to attend the annual in-residences scheduled in the Fall and Spring Quarters. The in-residences (particularly the first one) provide an opportunity for students to get to know each other, learn the course management system, understand Kelley Direct policies, procedures, and operations, build relationships, and develop a plan of study in direct consultation with a KD staff member.
