Dual Degree Programs
For working professionals seeking both the broad management skills developed through our renowned MBA program and the in-depth skills needed in their chosen career field, Kelley Direct offers six dual-degree options. Depending on your focus, the dual-degree you choose will be through Kelley Direct or through Kelley Direct and a University Partnership.
Kelley Direct
Students have the option to add a dual degree while in the Kelley Direct MBA program. Your second Kelley degree will typically require 12 hours of additional classwork and add a level of specialization to your 51-hour general administration MBA degree. MBA students pursuing a second Kelley degree declare their intent 6-12 months after starting the program. Both Kelley degrees must be completed within five years of starting the program.
In addition to their MBA, students can earn an:
Kelley Direct/University Partnership
Students wanting to earn a master’s degree in engineering, agribusiness, or global management can also earn an MBA from the Kelley School through our unique partnerships with other world-class institutions. Students interested in pursuing a dual degree through one of Kelley’s university’s partners apply directly to that university partner, which collects all application materials and shares them with Kelley. Kelley and the university partner make a joint admission decision, communicated to the applicant by the university partner.
University Partnership dual degree programs include:
- Thunderbird Masters in Global Management/Kelley MBA
- Purdue MS in Engineering/Kelley MBA
- Purdue MS in Food and Agribusiness Management/Kelley MBA
